Our creamy Indonesian cashews are grown on the fertile volcanic slopes of Mt. Agung, Bali, where mineral-rich soil produces a uniquely rich and buttery flavor. Unlike common cashew varieties from Mexico or Sri Lanka, these are harvested in small batches, hand-cracked, and carefully processed to keep them in their true raw state.

Most cashew producers rely on high heat to remove toxic shell oil, which strips away flavor and nutrients. We use a gentle cold process that neutralizes the shell safely while preserving the nut’s natural sweetness, delicate flavor, and nutritional profile.

Finally, the cashews are sun-dried to under 2.5% moisture, giving them an addictive crunch and an ultra-clean taste.

Packed with plant-based goodness, our cashews are a natural source of B vitamins, folate, magnesium, manganese, iron, phosphorus, selenium, copper, and potassium. They also contain less fat than most nuts, and about 75% of their unsaturated fatty acids are heart-healthy oleic acid—the same fat found in olive oil.
